We prepare (or assist you to prepare) applications for a variety of grants.

Below are some grants currently open for application.

Government of South Australia First Home Owners Grant One off $15,000 payment. First home buyers building or purchasing a new home. Ongoing.
Government of South Australia Tourism Industry Development Fund Grant of $20,000-$500,000 for the development of new and improved tourism infrastructure, (i.e. regional accommodation) and the creation of new product and experiences that will attract domestic and international visitors. Private sector business with an ABN who have been operating for at least 12 months within specified tourism regions. 31 March 2022, or when all funds have been allocated.
Government of South Australia Community Recreation and Sport Facilities Program 21-22 Grant for the construction or upgrade of community recreation and sports facilities.

The budget for the program is $5,670,000.

Applicants may be not-for-profit sport clubs, associations or sports facility managers incorporated under the Associations Incorporations Act 1985 (SA), local councils, school councils / board of management. Applicants must have been operating for at least 12 months.

Organisations that hold Gaming Machine Licences are ineligible.

Applications close 4 August 2021 – applications must be submitted online before 12 noon ACST.
Government of South Australia Grass Roots Facilities Program Round 2 Grant for the construction or upgrade of community recreation and sports facilities.

The budget for the program is $10,000,000.

Applicants may be not-for-profit sport clubs, associations or sports facility managers incorporated under the Associations Incorporations Act 1985 (SA), local councils, school councils / board of management. Applicants must have been operating for at least 12 months. Applications close 4 August 2021 – applications must be submitted online before 12 noon ACST.
Government of South Australia Regional and Districts Facilities Program Round 2 Grant for the construction or upgrade of community recreation and sports facilities.

The budget for the program is $5,000,000.

Applicants must be a legal entity, local council,

school council / board of management that has been operating for at least 12 months.

Applications close 4 August 2021 – applications must be submitted online before 12 noon ACST.
Commonwealth Government Wine Tourism and Cellar Door Grant Eligible wine producers can access an annual grant of up to $100,000 (GST exclusive) for their eligible rebatable domestic cellar door sales. Applicants must be a wine or cider  producer which owns or leases a physical cellar door in Australia that has made at least $1,207,000 (GST exclusive) in sales of rebatable* wine in the relevant financial year.  Applications for Round 3 (2020–21 financial year) close at 5.00pm (ACST) on Thursday 30 September 2021.
Government of South Australia Regional Growth Fund 2021-22 Grant of between $50,000 and $2 million for projects that deliver tangible benefits to regional South Australia. This may include new or improved capital works, infrastructure, facilities and similar investments. Eligible organisations include local government bodies, incorporated associations, registered charity/company limited by guarantee, co-operatives, business clusters. Applications close 12:00 noon Monday, 12 July 2021.
Government of South Australia Viticulture Rebuild and Recovery Grant Grant of up to $400,000 per property for the rejuvenation or replanting of bushfire impacted wine grape growers. Applicants must be currently registered as a grower with Vinehealth Australia and own or operate a Commercial Vineyard which was in active production immediately prior to the Cudlee Creek and/or Kangaroo Island bushfires of 2019 – 20, and damaged or destroyed as a result of the bushfires.

Open to growers located within the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island, or Mount Barker.

The Grants Program will be open for applications until 5pm (ACST) on 23 July 2021.
City of Onkaparinga Local Heritage Grant Subsidy grant of up to $7,500 (depending on cost of works) for the maintenance and development of local heritage places. Applicants must be private owners/lessees of a local heritage place or contributory item and the conservation works must be for the external fabric of the building at a minimum cost of $1,000. Ongoing.
Government of South Australia Revitalising Private Conservation This program offers funding to current and aspiring Native Vegetation Heritage Agreement landowners. There is up to $10,000 available for applicants to conserve native vegetation on Heritage Agreement sites. Between $10,000 and $250,000 is available under the Linking Landscapes Grant for conservation across multiple properties. Applicants must own or manage Native Vegetation Heritage Agreement land and have already obtained all other necessary approvals. Round 1 has now closed, but the next round opens on 28 June 2021 and will close on 2 August 2021.
