Lydia Hart / Associate
LLB, GDLP, BIR
Lydia joined Botten Levinson in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Bachelor of International Relations from Flinders University. She represents private and public sector clients in a range of planning and development, environmental, regulatory and commercial matters.
Lydia has particular experience in:
- Advising on and preparing complex development applications;
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including land management and infrastructure agreements;
- Drafting applications to clear native vegetation;
- Advising on complex regulatory frameworks; and
- Defending regulatory and enforcement proceedings under planning and environmental legislation.
Lydia participated in the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property Program in 2023 and is currently a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Diversity in Development Committee.
