Pip joined Botten Levinson in 2019 and has extensive experience as a development, planning and environmental lawyer.
Since graduating University with a combined degree in Law and International Studies in 2012 Pip has represented both private and public sector clients in the areas of planning, development, liquor licensing, property, environmental law and land acquisition. Pip frequently appears in the Environment, Resources and Development Court, Licensing Court and Supreme Court representing clients in planning appeals, development prosecutions, enforcement matters, judicial reviews and licensing matters.
Pip also represents clients as an advocate at Council meetings, Council Assessment Panel (CAP) and State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) meetings in various planning, local government and development related matters.
Pip is an effective communicator and prides herself on providing strategic and practical solutions to clients.
Pip has previously been a member of the Property Council (SA) Industrial Development Committee and Planning Committee and a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) Infill Development and Urban Renewal Committee.
